Equipments Dimensions and Technical Features allow their installation inside the laboratory with no particular difficulties in positioning and connection.

Vertical autoclaves are made in following versions:
SINGLE WALL: Which are mainly used for sterilization of test tubes, Erlenmeyer flasks, culture media, instruments etc.,
DOUBLE WALL: With Jacket, which used even sterilization of porous materials (Such as garments, surgical gauzes, etc.), empty glassware and all those material which have been taken out dry.

Designed and tested to highest standards Autoclaves have vertical cylindrical type sterilization chamber, single wall and body made of AISI 304 thick swg stainless steel. Pipes, Valves directly connected with chamber are AISI 304 stainless steel, Outer cover is also from AISI stainless steel.

All Autoclaves are fitted with two SS 304 Mechanical Spring loaded safety valves, Release valve, Pressure Gauge as standard. A High Temperature bearable silicon rubber gasket is provided for accurate and safe sealing. High quality heaters are utilized as standard feature.
