INSULATION AND CONSTRUCTION
Lagged with glass wool to a double welled cabinet made of MS min. thickness of 2” cabinet is painted all over with silver gray hammer tone.
HEATING AND TEMPERATURE
The heating elements are fabricated from the best quality, high resistance nickel chromium wire. The temperature control is better than + 0.50C with indigenously manufactured bimetallic thermostat. Heavy thick silver contacts are utilised and their life is further extended by a suitable capacitor which eliminates arcing temperature can be controlled from 50C above ambient to 600C
