This
unit incorporates a microprocessor based circuitry to carry out simultaneously
six tests of tablets/capsules as per IP/BP/USP standards. It is equipped
with a screen with alphanumeric display for all parameters such as
Temperature, stirrer RPM, elapsed time, set alarm interval, real time
and date.

The
main body consist of large rectangular tank with cover. Seven unbreakable
dissolution vessels are provided with covers having arrangement to
hold a thermometer, a funnel and a ‘L’ shape tube. A slit
is provided for entering the stirrer shaft. One of the vessel is used
for holding dissolution media at bath temperature for refilling the
vessels after tests. Large spread-out heater ensures perfectly uniform
heating, eliminating use of any circulating pump.

The
stirrer platform can be lowered or raised by a motorized mechanism.
Controls are provided for accurate setting of stirrer RPM, temperature
and time interval with alarms. Feather touch programing as per requirements.
An alphanumeric illuminated display screen is provided to indicate
all parameters in a glance.

The
unit incorporates circuitry for UP/DOWN movement of stirrer platform
and setting temperature of bath accurately + 0.2OC.

The
accessories supplied include - Twelve Stirring Shafts & Six Stainless
Steel Baskets. Six of the shafts are having blades at the bottom,
while the remaining six are having clips to hold the stainless steel
baskets.

A
dotmatrix, 80 column printer can be attached as optional accessory
for printing all parameters being displayed on the screen enabling
to maintain the validation chart if necessary.
