SALIENT FEATURES

A basic, four parallel fold machine is shown with optional attachments like a vertical stacking attachment and an electronic batch counter. The vertical stacker (As007) is a motor operated unit, suitable for collection of small pharmaceutical leaflets.

An electronic batch counter can be attached to this model. This counter can be set to specific batch counts, as desired. The totalizer indicates the total number of papers folded on the machine while the digital display shows the number of papers in each batch. All settings can be reset as per the users requirements. The friction feeder stops & starts momentarily by the signals provided by the electronic batch counter.

The IC-150 horizontal intermittent cartoning machine has been especially designed and developed for medium product packaging lines.

Its speed, which is decidedly greater than the standard version, is the result of continuous research culminating in the development of an advanced packaging technology.

The IC-150 can be used for the cartoning of pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic and food products.

The pre-glued cartons are loaded into a magazine, which is easily accessible to the operator, and then picked up and positively opened by means of suction cup working with phase with the conveyor system. The cartons can handle straight or reverse truck-in cartons with hot melt glued flaps.

The computer design of the IC-150 allows ease of the operator access to all controls as well as making it suitable for installation in space restricted areas.

The size parts and relevant settings are such as to permit the operator to quickly and safely perform size change-over.

The plates on which the carton closing devices are mounted can be easily and quickly removed and replaced with the other pre-set plates so as to rapidly accomplish size change over or to change the closing system.

The IC-150 can be fitted with a wide range of feeding units which automatically separate and orient the product before it is carefully introduced into the previously opened and erected cartons. The PLC automatically controls and manages all packaging steps and any malfunction as indicated on the display.

Model CI-100 is designed to overprint / code almost all type of cartons, labels, catch covers, pouches, envelopes etc.

The FS-57 is highly versatile machine that is used to form blisters of various shapes and sizes, used for variety of applications, in a number of industries. It is essentially a table top machine, and consist of a rotating table having 02 stations. Both these stations are used for forming as well as sealing the blister. Forming is achieved by using compressed air and sealing is done by plain heat sealing process. Both these operations can be done alternately on the FS-57 or first the forming can be done for the entire batch and there after sealing of the entire batch. Either Al-foil or HSL coat paper can be used for sealing the blister.

It is ideally suited to make blister packs for tablets, capsules, ampoules, etc as well as for cosmetic items of different shapes and sizes blisters of uneven shape.
