SALIENT FEATURES

• It consists of 1.5 HP / 3ph / 380 V / 1440RPM TEFC motor coupled to an unbalanced counter weight through a specially designed flexible coupling.

A-40 and A-90 High Speed Automatic Capsule Filling Machines are the latest additions to our range of Capsule Filling Machines. These are versatile machines with several outstanding features both functional and mechanical. The machine are designed to give an output of 40,000capsules and 90,000 capsules per hour, respectively, with high filling accuracy and can accommodate capsule sizes from ‘00’ to’4’. The actual rate of production however depends on the quality of capsules, characteristics of the filling material and ambient temperature condition. The machines are made to GMP standards with various safety features for maximum protection for the operator.
Machines are supplied with SS 304 contact parts. The basic machine includes one set of change parts from ‘00’ to ‘4’ size as per users choice. The machines can also be supplied with SS 316, SS 316L contact parts.

SPECIAL FEATURES

The Capsule Polishing Machine is designed to polish capsules after the filling operation and prior to final packing. The rotary spiral principal of polishing ensures a high gloss finish even with hygroscopic powder with compressed air and vacuum. The loose powder is collected in a compact vacuum filter. The speed of the brush is variable to suit the output depending on the characteristics of the powder and size of capsule.
